Established in 2024, TAZ Recruiting and Manning Agency was founded by Captain Theophilus Bethel, a seasoned Master Mariner, marine inspector, auditor, and surveyor with over 23 years of experience in the maritime industry. Our mission is to connect Grenadian and Caribbean seafarers with leading international shipping and cruise companies, ensuring they receive secure, compliant, and well-compensated employment opportunities.
